Hazoor Multi Projects' board, at its November 14, 2025 meeting, approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q2 and H1 FY26 ended September 30, 2025. On a standalone basis, H1 FY26 revenue from operations grew about 66% year-on-year to Rs. 18,322.86 lakh and net profit more than doubled to Rs. 971.37 lakh, though Q2 standalone profit fell to Rs. 130.60 lakh from Rs. 464.55 lakh a year ago. On a consolidated basis, the picture is weaker — Q2 swung to a loss of Rs. 993.53 lakh versus a Rs. 1,101.47 lakh profit last year, largely pulled down by a subsidiary reporting a Rs. 597.54 lakh quarterly loss. The board also accepted the resignation of Executive Director Mrs. Shruti Jigar Shah and reconstituted the Audit, Nomination & Remuneration, and Stakeholder Relationship Committees, while constituting a new Executive Committee. Standalone operating cash flow remained negative at Rs. (1,474.62) lakh, and the consolidated debt-equity ratio rose sharply to 0.79 from 0.33 a year earlier.
Mixed signals for shareholders — robust standalone top-line and bottom-line growth is encouraging, but consolidated quarterly losses, rising leverage, and continued negative operating cash flow flag underlying stress that could weigh on the stock.
