Hazoor Multi Projects reported Q3 FY26 (quarter ended 31 Dec 2025) unaudited results: standalone revenue from operations rose ~34% YoY to Rs 75.97 crore, but standalone PAT dipped ~13% to Rs 2.72 crore. For 9M FY26, standalone revenue surged ~55% YoY to Rs 259.20 crore with PAT up ~58% to Rs 12.43 crore (EPS Rs 0.43). Consolidated 9M revenue grew more modestly ~8.5% to Rs 421.17 crore, but consolidated PAT fell ~55% to Rs 10.31 crore, hurt by a sharp jump in finance costs to Rs 33.87 crore (vs Rs 9.23 crore last year). The Board appointed Mr. Kiran Vasantrao Kurundkar (retired IAS officer) as Additional Independent Director for 5 years and Mrs. Anushree Tekriwal as Company Secretary & Compliance Officer. Auditors flagged an emphasis-of-matter on the cessation of Vyom Hydrocarbon Pvt Ltd (VHPL) and its step-down Quippo Oil and Gas as subsidiaries after CCD conversion diluted the company's stake below majority.
Mixed signals for shareholders: strong top-line growth on a standalone basis is encouraging, but weaker consolidated profitability, surging finance costs, and the loss of VHPL as a subsidiary introduce uncertainty about the consolidated earnings trajectory going forward.
