HB Stockholdings has informed the stock exchanges that SEBI has issued directions to banks, exchanges, depositories, and RTAs to defreeze the company's bank, trading, and Demat accounts. This follows an Ex-Parte Interim Order cum Show Cause Notice issued by SEBI on June 17, 2025, which had apparently led to the freezing of these accounts. The defreezing is as per Para 149(x) of the interim order. The company had previously intimated the exchanges about the original order on June 18, 2025.
