On the reaction day the stock moved 9.5 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.

HB Stockholdings posted Q1 FY27 standalone PAT of Rs 7.96 cr versus Rs 7.46 cr in Q1 FY26, up about 7 percent. Total income was largely flat at Rs 10.13 cr. The swing back to profit was driven mainly by a fair value gain of Rs 8.99 cr this quarter, reversing a Rs 9.07 cr fair value loss seen in Q4 FY26. Interest income was Rs 37.47 lakhs and dividend income Rs 8.30 lakhs. Auditors gave an unmodified limited review opinion. EPS stood at Rs 11.15.
Modest year on year PAT growth, but bottom line is heavily driven by market fair value swings rather than steady interest and dividend income.
