Board approved unaudited Q2 and H1 FY26 results on Nov 12, 2025. Standalone Q2 swung to a loss of Rs. 459.76 lakhs versus a Rs. 13.15 lakh profit last year, mainly due to a Rs. 329.35 lakh net loss on fair value changes and a Rs. 41.53 lakh loss in equity derivative trading. H1 profit after tax fell to Rs. 286.44 lakhs from Rs. 657.66 lakhs a year ago. Revenue from operations dropped about 43 percent to Rs. 679.83 lakhs. Operating cash flow turned negative at Rs. 1,162.55 lakhs versus positive Rs. 1,128.20 lakhs last year. Auditor N.C. Aggarwal and Co. gave an unmodified review opinion.
Mark-to-market losses dragged Q2 into the red and H1 profit nearly halved, while operating cash burn is a key concern for shareholders.
