For the September 2025 quarter, consolidated revenue was Rs 31,942 crore, up 10.7% year on year, but net profit was nearly flat at Rs 4,236 crore. First-half revenue rose 9.4% to Rs 62,291 crore, while profit fell 4.9% to Rs 8,080 crore. Costs grew faster than revenue, compressing margins. The board declared a Rs 12 per-share interim dividend. Record date: October 17; payment: October 28. Auditors gave unmodified reviews.
Revenue growth and dividend may support the share price, but flat profit, lower margins and a dividend below Rs 18 last year may limit gains.
