HCL Technologies reported Q2 FY26 consolidated revenue of Rs 31,942 crore, up 10.7% from Rs 28,862 crore a year ago, while profit was nearly flat at Rs 4,236 crore. For the half year, revenue rose 9.4% to Rs 62,291 crore but profit fell 4.9% to Rs 8,080 crore. The board declared an interim dividend of Rs 12 per share, with record date October 17, 2025 and payment on October 28, 2025.
Revenue growth supports sentiment, but flat Q2 profit and lower half year profit may cap gains. The Rs 12 dividend supports shareholder returns.
