HCP Plastene Bulkpack reported strong Q3 FY26 results with standalone revenue from operations at Rs 7,390.12 lakhs, more than doubling from Rs 3,503.50 lakhs in Q3 FY25. Standalone profit after tax jumped to Rs 563.00 lakhs from Rs 105.69 lakhs, while EPS rose to Rs 5.27 from Rs 0.99. For the nine months ended Dec 2025, standalone revenue surged to Rs 21,838.55 lakhs (vs Rs 8,436.85 lakhs) and PAT climbed to Rs 919.40 lakhs (vs Rs 262.63 lakhs). On a consolidated basis (which includes subsidiary K P Woven Pvt Ltd and Malaysia JV), nine-month revenue grew to Rs 44,471.31 lakhs and PAT to Rs 2,046.93 lakhs, with consolidated EPS at Rs 19.19. The Board also declared an interim dividend of Rs 1 per share (paid Dec 3, 2025; Rs 1,931 unclaimed). Auditor Ashok Dhariwal & Co. issued an unqualified limited review with an emphasis-of-matter note on the interim dividend.
Sharp topline and bottomline growth — driven largely by the Woven Sacks segment and consolidation of K P Woven — signals strong operating momentum, though consolidated Q3 revenue was nearly flat YoY, indicating the growth story is more pronounced on a cumulative basis. The dividend and clean audit opinion are supportive for shareholders.
