On the reaction day the stock moved 2.1 pts more than Nifty 100 and 1.0 pts more than its Asset Management Company peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
For the September 2025 quarter, consolidated revenue rose 15.8% to Rs 1,027.40 crore and profit after tax rose 24.6% to Rs 718.43 crore. In the first half, revenue rose 26.0% to Rs 2,095.55 crore and profit after tax rose 24.2% to Rs 1,465.98 crore. A Rs 46.81 crore tax reversal aided profit. Profit before depreciation, interest and tax grew slower than revenue. The board approved a one-for-one bonus issue, subject to approvals.
Revenue growth may support the stock, but tax reversal aided profit; the bonus adds no value and needs approvals.
