HDFC Life reported Q2 FY27 standalone net premium income of Rs 2,172.74 crore, up about 16% YoY, with PAT at Rs 508 crore (up about 14%). H1 FY27 PAT was Rs 1,119.42 crore versus Rs 993.61 crore last year. Solvency ratio improved to 180% from 175%. The board approved raising up to Rs 500 crore via subordinated NCDs and setting up an IFSC Insurance Office at GIFT City, subject to IRDAI and shareholder approvals.
