Sastasundar Ventures Limited disclosed that its promoter, Mr. Banwari Lal Mittal, bought 20,000 equity shares of the company through a market purchase on 17 November 2025. The total value of the acquisition was approximately Rs. 59.85 lakh. Following this purchase, Mr. Mittal's shareholding increased marginally from 33.37% (1,06,16,000 shares) to 33.4355% (1,06,36,000 shares). No derivative trades were involved.
