On the reaction day the stock moved 4.9 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250 and 3.3 pts more than its Healthcare Service Provider peers, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Sastasundar Ventures said its material subsidiary Sastasundar Healthbuddy approved buying back 20,27,534 fully paid shares of Rs 10 each at Rs 493.21 per share, for up to Rs 10 crore. The plan requires shareholder approval. Trading in Sastasundar Ventures securities is closed for designated persons and relatives until 23 September 2025.
The subsidiary buyback may improve group value, but it does not directly reduce the listed parent’s share count and still needs approval.
