HCG Q3 FY26: consolidated revenue rose to Rs 631.18 cr from Rs 557.55 cr YoY; standalone revenue to Rs 340.56 cr from Rs 311.67 cr. A one-time exceptional charge of Rs 12.67 cr (consolidated) and Rs 7.86 cr (standalone) on new Labour Codes pushed the company to a quarterly loss of Rs 7.90 cr consolidated and Rs 1.18 cr standalone. For 9M FY26, consolidated revenue up 15.5% to Rs 1,888 cr; PAT fell to Rs 18.74 cr from Rs 42.06 cr. Board approved new ESOP 2026 and two senior management appointments.
Mixed: solid revenue growth but quarterly loss from one-time Labour Code charge; new ESOP 2026 may cause future dilution. Watch margin trajectory.
