Healthy Life Agritec reported its H1 FY26 (April–September 2025) results. Standalone revenue rose about 9% year-on-year to Rs 3,304.14 lakhs, while standalone net profit jumped roughly 65% to Rs 74.00 lakhs (vs Rs 44.78 lakhs in H1 FY25). Consolidated revenue grew about 3% to Rs 9,100.60 lakhs, with consolidated PAT up around 39% to Rs 161.91 lakhs. Standalone EPS stood at Rs 0.30 (vs Rs 0.18) and consolidated EPS at Rs 0.65 (vs Rs 0.47). Auditor NYS & Company issued a clean limited review report on both sets of results. Notably, consolidated net worth strengthened to Rs 3,598.23 lakhs from Rs 3,436.31 lakhs, and long-term borrowings remained negligible versus equity.
Profit growth meaningfully outpaced revenue growth, pointing to improved margins at the operating level — a positive for shareholders. However, trade receivables ballooned sharply (standalone: Rs 1,571L to Rs 4,403L), which investors should monitor for collection risk. Overall, results are constructive but the stock trades on BSE and may see only thin-volume reaction.
