HEG Limited has scheduled its 53rd Annual General Meeting on Wednesday, 20th August 2025 at 12:30 p.m., to be held via video conferencing. The company has fixed Wednesday, 13th August 2025 as the record date to determine shareholder entitlement for the final dividend, if declared, for FY 2024-25.
