HeidelbergCement India submitted its FY26 Annual Report and Notice for the 67th AGM scheduled on 24 September 2026. Total revenue declined to about Rs 2,194 crore from Rs 2,361 crore, yet profit after tax rose around 26 percent to Rs 134 crore. EBITDA grew to Rs 319 crore with margin expanding to 14 percent. Sales volumes hit a record 4,912 KT and the company achieved debt-free status with zero long-term borrowings.
Debt-free balance sheet, record sales volumes, and higher profit despite revenue dip signal operational efficiency and financial discipline.
