HeidelbergCement India posted Q1 FY27 (quarter ended 30 June 2026) revenue of about Rs 6,281 million, up 5.1 percent year on year on 3.6 percent higher volumes. However, EBITDA fell 24.5 percent to about Rs 668 million, with margin compressing 418 basis points to 10.6 percent, hurt by higher raw material, power and fuel costs from the West Asia situation. PAT dropped 36.7 percent to about Rs 305 million. Board re-appointed Ms Jyoti Narang as Independent Director for 5 years.
Weak quarter despite revenue growth; cost pressure hit margins and profits sharply. Watch for margin recovery and new MP unit progress.
