The Board of Helpage Finlease Ltd (an NBFC registered with RBI) approved audited standalone financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025, carrying an unmodified (clean) opinion from statutory auditors M/s R C Agarwal & Co. Revenue from operations jumped sharply to about Rs. 8.65 crore in FY25 from Rs. 2.44 crore in FY24, a growth of roughly 250%, while the company reported a net profit of around Rs. 1.47 crore. Total assets expanded to Rs. 103 crore (from Rs. 61.6 crore), with the loan book nearly doubling to Rs. 92.7 crore and borrowings rising to Rs. 81 crore. The Board also approved increasing authorized share capital from Rs. 11 crore to Rs. 50 crore and a plan to raise up to Rs. 200 crore in one or more tranches, subject to shareholder and SEBI approvals. Additionally, M/s JPKR & Company was appointed as internal auditor for FY26, and CS Divya Rani was appointed as secretarial auditor for five years starting FY26.
The clean audit and strong revenue growth are positive for the stock, but the Rs. 200 crore capital raise plan and the proposed 4.5x jump in authorized share capital signal a possible equity dilution ahead, pending shareholder and regulatory approvals. Shareholders should monitor how the company funds its rapidly growing loan book without excessive leverage.
