Helpage Finlease, a Delhi-based NBFC, reported unaudited Q3 FY26 results showing sharp growth on both topline and bottomline. Total revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at ₹3.44 crore versus ₹2.44 crore in Q3 FY25, a jump of about 41% year-on-year. For the nine months ended December 2025, revenue climbed to ₹10.02 crore versus ₹5.57 crore in the same period last year, up roughly 80%. Net profit for Q3 FY26 was ₹84.19 lakh (vs ₹34.48 lakh YoY), while 9M FY26 net profit surged to ₹2.55 crore versus ₹83.14 lakh in 9M FY25 — an over threefold rise. Basic EPS for Q3 FY26 was ₹0.89 and ₹2.56 for 9M FY26. The statutory auditor, R C Agarwal & Co., issued an unmodified (clean) limited review opinion, and no exceptional items were reported.
Strong double-digit revenue growth combined with much faster profit expansion (PAT up ~207% for 9M YoY) signals improving operating leverage for this small-cap NBFC. The clean audit opinion is reassuring; together, this is a positive earnings update that could support positive short-term sentiment in the stock.
