Heranba Industries posted Q3 FY26 standalone revenue of Rs 306.55 cr (down about 9% YoY) with PAT of Rs 9.32 cr versus a loss of Rs 9.12 cr last year. For 9M FY26, standalone revenue grew 27% to Rs 1,402 cr with PAT at Rs 63.38 cr. Consolidated Q3 showed a loss of Rs 23.29 cr (worsened from Rs 0.37 cr loss). Auditor NVC and Associates gave an unmodified limited review. Board also appointed ZMAS and Associates as new internal auditor from Jan 2026 to Mar 2027.
Mixed bag: strong standalone 9M growth and Q3 turnaround, but consolidated losses widened sharply, raising concern over subsidiary performance.
