Heritage Foods reported audited FY25 results with standalone revenue from operations rising about 9% YoY to Rs. 4,080.5 crore and standalone PAT surging roughly 85% YoY to Rs. 168.1 crore; consolidated revenue grew to Rs. 4,134.6 crore with PAT of Rs. 188.3 crore (up about 77% YoY). The board recommended a final dividend of Rs. 2.50 (50%) per share of Rs. 5 face value, with a record date of July 23, 2025 and payment on August 7, 2025, subject to shareholder approval at the July 31, 2025 AGM. The board also approved raising the borrowing limit from Rs. 500 crore to Rs. 800 crore, the acquisition of 71 lakh equity shares of its joint venture Heritage Novandie Foods (HNFPL) from the French partner Novandie for Rs. 85 million, and appointment of new Secretarial Auditors for a 5-year term. An exceptional item of Rs. 23.5 crore (standalone) and Rs. 8.7 crore (consolidated) was recorded as impairment on the HNFPL investment.
Strong profit growth and a 50% final dividend are positive for shareholders, while the Rs. 300 crore increase in borrowing limit and consolidation of the HNFPL joint venture signal expansion plans that could lift future capex and debt levels.
