Hexa Tradex reported unaudited Q3 FY26 standalone net loss of Rs 69.82L versus a profit of Rs 442.41L a year ago. 9M FY26 net loss was Rs 233.36L versus a profit of Rs 297.71L, mainly as last year had a large one-time gain on fair valuation of investments. Total 9M income fell to Rs 245.08L from Rs 676.08L. Delisting of shares is substantially complete and awaiting BSE and NSE approval. A SEBI show cause matter from March 2024 is also pending.
Loss driven by absence of prior year valuation gains, not core operations. Delisting near completion; shareholders await final approval and exit. SEBI matter remains a watch point.
