Q3CY26 results were approved. Revenue was USD 411.9 million, up 4.3% year on year; profit after tax was USD 44.9 million, up 7.2%. Adjusted operating profit margin was 13.8%, up 0.17 percentage points from Q2 but down 0.88 year on year. Restructuring costs were INR 597 million. Vivek Jetley replaced R Srikrishna as CEO. The board also approved group consolidation, a related-party slump sale and a Mauritius subsidiary.
Revenue and profit growth may support sentiment, but weaker year-on-year operating margin and restructuring costs could weigh on the stock.
