Unaudited Q3CY26 revenue was USD 411.9 million, up 4.3% year on year, and reported profit was INR 4,294 million, up 16.1%. Adjusted EBIT margin was 13.8%, and nine-month operating cash flow was INR 7,221 million. Results included INR 597 million of restructuring expense. The board appointed Vivek Jetley CEO, ended R Srikrishna's tenure, approved subsidiary restructuring and allotted 1.3 million employee option shares at INR 382.5 each.
Revenue and profit growth plus strong cash flow support sentiment; year-on-year margin pressure and the CEO transition remain risks.
