The Board of Directors of Hi-Klass Trading and Investment Ltd approved the unaudited standalone financial results for the quarter and nine months ended December 31, 2025, along with an unmodified limited review report from statutory auditors Biswas Dasgupta Datta & Roy. Total revenue from operations for Q3 FY26 stood at Rs. 341.71 lakhs, sharply higher than Rs. 45.06 lakhs in Q3 FY25, driven by a big jump in fee and commission income (Rs. 300 lakhs vs Rs. 23.02 lakhs). Profit after tax for the quarter was Rs. 123.08 lakhs, compared to a loss of Rs. 13.15 lakhs in the same quarter last year, while 9-month PAT grew to Rs. 83.93 lakhs from Rs. 31.11 lakhs. The Board also approved updated policies, constituted a Risk Management Committee in line with RBI norms, and confirmed no deviation in the use of Rs. 12.06 crore raised via preferential issue of convertible warrants in December 2025.
A strong turnaround in quarterly profitability and a near 7x jump in revenue signals improving business traction for shareholders, though the small scale and dependence on fee/commission income warrant close tracking. The clean auditor opinion and no-fund-deviation disclosure keep governance concerns at bay.
