Hi-Tech Pipes reported Q1 FY27 consolidated revenue of Rs 1,412.8 crore, up about 78% YoY from Rs 791.4 crore. However, profit after tax dipped to Rs 20.04 crore from Rs 20.92 crore, and EPS eased to Rs 0.99 from Rs 1.04. EBITDA margin compressed sharply as material and purchase costs rose faster than revenue. Standalone revenue grew 76% to Rs 1,112.3 crore with PAT at Rs 15.16 crore. Auditors issued an unmodified limited review report.
Strong top-line growth is positive, but margin compression and flat-to-declining profits may cap near-term stock upside.
