For the quarter ended 30 September 2026, total income rose 38% year on year to Rs 29.43 crore, while profit after tax rose to Rs 5.73 crore from Rs 2.01 crore. Half-year total income rose 5% to Rs 37.52 crore and profit after tax rose 40% to Rs 3.91 crore. Net operating cash flow stayed negative at Rs 0.64 crore, while borrowings rose to Rs 17.71 crore. The loss-making lead-acid battery unit is under revival review.
Stronger quarterly profit and revenue are positive, but negative operating cash flow and rising borrowings keep near-term risks high.
