On the reaction day the stock moved 0.9 pts less than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
The board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated results for the quarter and half-year ended 30 September 2025. Consolidated revenue fell to Rs945.70m from Rs1,167.86m, while net profit rose to Rs96.68m from Rs18.71m. Half-year revenue was Rs2,065.21m versus Rs2,238.61m, while profit rose to Rs168.63m from Rs13.97m. Profit included a large one-off credit. The auditors found no material misstatement.
The profit jump may support the share price, but falling revenue and reliance on a one-off credit weaken the quality of the improvement.
