Standalone Q2 FY26 revenue fell about 6% year on year to Rs 1,070.41 crore, but net profit rose about 39% to Rs 186.85 crore as operating margin widened to 22.67% from 17.74%. Half-year profit rose about 43% to Rs 369.42 crore on revenue of Rs 2,170.83 crore, down about 7%. Consolidated Q2 profit rose about 30% to Rs 176.14 crore. Auditor review found no material misstatement; operating cash flow fell to Rs 53.80 crore from Rs 181.48 crore.
Profit growth despite falling sales supports sentiment, but weaker operating cash flow and continued revenue decline keep the outlook mixed.
