Himalaya Food International reported FY26 revenue of Rs 39.54 cr, down 1.3% from Rs 40.08 cr last year. PAT fell to Rs 3.71 cr from Rs 3.90 cr, with EPS dropping to Rs 0.44 from Rs 0.67. Total expenses were largely flat, though other expenses rose to Rs 11.48 cr from Rs 9.38 cr while material costs declined. The company raised Rs 37.15 cr through a rights issue, lifting equity share capital to Rs 84.79 cr. Operating cash flow turned sharply negative at minus Rs 28.41 cr compared with positive Rs 6.94 cr last year. Auditor Garg Bros and Associates issued an unmodified opinion.
Negative operating cash flow and slight decline in revenue and PAT despite equity raise may weigh on the stock.
