Board approved unaudited Q1 FY27 results for the quarter ended June 30, 2026. Consolidated revenue from operations fell to about Rs 621.30 crore from Rs 656.94 crore in Q1 FY26, a dip of roughly 5 percent. Consolidated profit after tax rose to about Rs 4.99 crore from Rs 4.34 crore, helped by an associate's profit share and a Rs 5.12 crore reduction in depreciation from revised asset useful lives. Standalone revenue dropped to about Rs 460.12 crore and standalone PAT slipped to about Rs 5.18 crore from Rs 5.75 crore. Auditor gave an unmodified review opinion.
Topline weak, but PAT boost partly from accounting change. Watch demand recovery and margin trend in coming quarters.
