Hind Rectifiers has fixed Tuesday, August 4, 2026 as the record date to identify members entitled to a final dividend of Re 1.40 per share (70 percent on equity share of Rs 2 face value) for FY2025-26. The Board had recommended the dividend at its May 16, 2026 meeting. It now needs member approval at the 68th AGM scheduled for August 11, 2026 at 1:00 pm via video conferencing. If approved, the dividend will be paid within a week of the AGM, after tax deduction at source.
Final dividend of Re 1.40 per share awaits shareholder approval at the AGM. Investors buying before August 4 record date will be eligible for the payout.
