Hindustan Composites' board approved unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q3 and nine months ended December 31, 2025. Revenue from operations rose to Rs 9,451 lakhs in Q3 (vs Rs 8,183 lakhs a year ago), with nine-month revenue at Rs 27,017 lakhs (vs Rs 23,593 lakhs), a growth of about 14-15%. Net profit, however, fell to Rs 667 lakhs in Q3 from Rs 1,097 lakhs last year, as the company booked a Rs 291 lakh exceptional expense tied to new Labour Codes (past service cost for employee benefits). The nine-month net profit dropped to Rs 1,941 lakhs from Rs 2,893 lakhs. EPS for the quarter was Rs 4.52 vs Rs 7.43. Statutory auditor Lodha & Co LLP issued an unmodified limited review report. Separately, M/s. S M M P & Company was reappointed as internal auditor for FY 2026-27.
Top-line growth is healthy, but sharp profit compression and a one-time labour-code charge will weigh on near-term earnings optics. Shareholders should note the lower profitability despite revenue gains, though the auditor sign-off is clean and there are no governance red flags.
