Q2 FY26 standalone revenue fell 20% to 957.8 crore and net profit to 36.7 crore from 50.2 crore. Consolidated net profit was 47.8 crore versus 63.9 crore. EBITDA margin declined to 16.1% from 17.8%. The order book rose to 13,152 crore after 2,770 crore of wins. Reviews were qualified over key assets. H1 operating cash outflow was 301.09 crore.
Lower profit, thinner margins, cash outflow and qualified reviews may weigh on sentiment, despite order growth and 215 crore of debt repayment.
