Q2 FY27 standalone revenue was ₹895.8 crore and net profit ₹36.8 crore. Standalone EBITDA margin fell to 12.2% from 16.1%, while consolidated profit dropped 52.8% to ₹22.6 crore. New orders were ₹524 crore, the order backlog was ₹12,901 crore, and the pursuit pipeline was ₹85,907 crore. HCC prepaid ₹100 crore of debt and targets another ₹108 crore by December 2026. A ₹210 crore Supreme Court award is expected to be released in Q3 FY27.
Large order visibility and debt reduction are positives for shareholders, but falling margins and lower consolidated profit may weigh on sentiment.
