Hindustan Housing Company Ltd, part of the Bajaj Group, submitted its audited financial results for FY25 and Q4 FY25 on 23rd May 2025. Revenue from operations declined about 9.7% YoY to Rs 505.61 lakh (from Rs 559.87 lakh in FY24), while total revenue stood at Rs 673.58 lakh versus Rs 722.62 lakh previously. Profit after tax fell to Rs 210.09 lakh from Rs 236.23 lakh (~11% decline), and EPS decreased to Rs 868.14 from Rs 976.16. The statutory auditors M/s M.M. Nissim & Co. LLP issued an unmodified (clean) opinion with no qualifications. The Board did not recommend any dividend for FY25. Reserves strengthened to Rs 6,366.75 lakh (from Rs 5,667.41 lakh) and operating cash flow remained positive at Rs 73 lakh, though lower than Rs 97.29 lakh in FY24.
Marginal decline in both top line and bottom line alongside zero dividend may be viewed neutrally to slightly negative by retail investors; however, the clean audit opinion, growing reserves and positive cash generation suggest financial stability for long-term shareholders.
