Hindustan Motors Limited informed BSE that NSE has approved its application for voluntary delisting of equity shares, originally submitted on August 18, 2025. Per NSE's circular dated September 18, 2025, trading in the stock (symbol: HINDMOTORS) will be suspended on NSE from October 3, 2025, and the shares will be formally delisted from NSE effective October 10, 2025. The delisting is being carried out under Regulations 5 and 6 of SEBI's Delisting of Equity Shares Regulations, 2021. Importantly, this delisting is only from NSE — the stock will remain tradable on BSE (Company Code: 500500).
Investors holding or trading Hindustan Motors on NSE will lose that platform for transactions from October 3, 2025 onwards, potentially reducing liquidity and price discovery. Shareholders will still be able to trade on BSE, and the company has not announced an exit price or buyback offer yet, so the actual delisting price and process details remain to be clarified.
