HOEC was fined Rs 59,000 each (plus GST) by BSE and NSE for not submitting audited financial results for Q4 and FY ending March 31, 2026 within the period prescribed under Regulation 33 of SEBI Listing Regulations. The delay was caused by changes in Key Managerial Personnel including the Managing Director and CFO, reconstitution of the Audit Committee, and mandatory rotation of Statutory Auditors. The company had informed the exchanges on May 27 about the delay and eventually submitted both standalone and consolidated results on June 11. The company says there is no material impact on its finances or operations.
Minor regulatory penalty with no material impact on operations. Reflects governance transition friction during the period.
