HUL declared an interim dividend of Rs 19 per share, with a record date of 7 November 2025 and payment on 20 November 2025. For the quarter ended 30 September 2025, consolidated sales rose 2% to Rs 16,061 crore. EBITDA was Rs 3,729 crore and margin fell 90 basis points to 23.2%. Profit before one-off gains and costs fell 4% to Rs 2,482 crore, while reported profit rose 4% to Rs 2,694 crore, aided by a Rs 273 crore one-time tax credit. The auditor's review was unmodified.
Dividend supports shareholder returns, but weaker margin and pre-exceptional profit may weigh on sentiment despite 4% reported profit growth.
