HZL reported record Q2 FY27 revenue of INR15,093 crore, up 77% year-on-year, EBITDA of INR9,285 crore, up 108%, and net profit of INR6,412 crore, up 142%, at a 62% EBITDA margin. Zinc cost was USD703 per tonne, and FY27 guidance was lowered to USD825-850 from USD975-1,000. Silver output rose 20% to 173 tonnes.
Lower costs and record profits may support the share price, though metal prices and expansion spending can cause volatility.
