Hindware Home Innovation Limited reported FY26 consolidated revenue of ₹2,510 crore (flat vs FY25). Bathware segment delivered strong 10% YoY revenue growth to ₹1,520 crore with EBITDA margins expanding 150 bps to 10.3%, driven by better product mix and operating leverage. Pipes business faced headwinds with revenue declining 14% to ₹673 crore due to raw material volatility and subdued demand; EBITDA margin compressed to 6.1%. Consumer appliances segment remains loss-making but improved margins from -21% to -14% through portfolio rationalization. Net bank debt reduced to ₹234 crore from ₹308 crore. Company also announced Composite Scheme of Arrangement for demerger of Consumer Products Business into HHIL Limited and amalgamation into Hindware Limited.
Bathware margin expansion and debt reduction are positives; however, Pipes business headwinds and ongoing consumer appliance losses may weigh on overall profitability. The structural reorganization could unlock value for shareholders post-completion.
