For the March quarter alone, the company posted revenue of ₹1,072.94 lakhs and PAT of ₹103.91 lakhs, also higher year-on-year. Operating cash flow strengthened sharply to ₹562.46 lakhs from ₹227.83 lakhs, though the company invested ₹660.77 lakhs in capex and took on additional borrowings of around ₹570 lakhs. The auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the annual results.
Strong profit growth and healthy operating cash flow are positives for shareholders, though rising debt and heavy capex point to expansion that may pressure margins in the near term. The clean audit opinion removes any immediate governance overhang on the stock.
