Hitachi Energy India reported strong Q4 FY26 results with revenue of Rs 2,754.1 crore, up 46.2% YoY, and PAT of Rs 330.5 crore, up 79.7% YoY. For the full year FY26, revenue grew 27.6% to Rs 8,147.7 crore while PAT surged 157.2% to Rs 987.8 crore. Operational EBITDA margin expanded to 16.4% in Q4 from 12.5% a year ago. The order backlog reached a record Rs 29,555.3 crore, up 53.5% YoY, providing strong revenue visibility. The Board approved an additional Rs 2,000 crore capex for a greenfield power transformers facility in Gujarat, taking cumulative capex to Rs 4,000 crore. An exceptional item of Rs 54.24 crore was recorded for Labour Codes impact. The auditor issued an unmodified (clean) opinion.
