Board approved audited Q3 FY26 results on Feb 10, 2026. Standalone revenue rose 7% to Rs 131.54 cr, but the firm posted a loss of Rs 32.66 cr versus a profit of Rs 14.31 cr a year ago, mainly due to a one-time Rs 19.98 cr exceptional charge from new Labour Codes on gratuity and leave. Nine month revenue grew 5% to Rs 432.64 cr while PAT fell 80% to Rs 16.45 cr. Consolidated 9 month revenue rose 15% to Rs 474.40 cr with PAT of Rs 63.01 cr. Auditor Kalyaniwalla and Mistry LLP issued an unqualified opinion. CFO Avan Chaina retired effective Feb 11; Mehernosh Mehta reappointed as WTD for one year.
Weak Q3 with a swing to loss driven by a one-time Labour Code charge. Underlying revenue growth is modest. Watch new CFO appointment.
