On the reaction day the stock moved 4.9 pts more than Nifty Microcap 250, over the same two closes: a difference in percentage points, not a measure of what the filing did.
Minute windows have no benchmark: there is no intraday index history to compare against.
Hitech Corporation has received in-principle approval from both BSE and NSE for the proposed voluntary delisting of its equity shares under SEBI Delisting Regulations 2021. The approval is conditional and does not count as final approval. The company must file the final delisting application within one year of passing a special resolution and meet remaining requirements, including confirmation of no pending securities market litigation against the company.
Key step in the delisting journey. Shareholders will eventually receive an exit offer; final delisting price and timeline are still to be announced.
