HITTCO Tools reported Q1 FY27 standalone revenue from operations of Rs 202.30 lakhs, up 21 percent from Rs 167 lakhs in Q1 FY26. However, total expenses of Rs 208.43 lakhs exceeded revenue, leading to a net loss of Rs 5.93 lakhs versus Rs 28.78 lakh loss a year ago. Other equity is deeply negative at minus Rs 322.84 lakhs, pointing to accumulated losses. Total borrowings stand at about Rs 314 lakhs against total equity of Rs 325 lakhs. The board also appointed Ms Sonali M as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer.
Loss continues and reserves are deeply negative. Modest revenue growth and loss narrowing are mildly positive, but weak balance sheet remains a concern.
