HLE Glascoat Limited announced audited financial results for Q4 and FY ended March 31, 2025 at its May 19, 2025 board meeting. On a standalone basis, revenue declined to ₹55,112 lakhs (vs ₹59,071 lakhs in FY24) and profit fell sharply to ₹1,639 lakhs (vs ₹2,664 lakhs). On a consolidated basis, however, revenue grew to ₹1,02,759 lakhs (from ₹96,792 lakhs) and PAT rose about 51% to ₹6,177 lakhs, lifted by subsidiary contributions. Q4 FY25 showed a strong sequential recovery, with standalone PAT at ₹1,359 lakhs and consolidated PAT at ₹3,164 lakhs. The Board recommended a 55% dividend (₹1.10 per share on ₹2 face value) for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. Re-appointments of MD Himanshu Patel, Executive Director Aalap Patel, and Whole-Time Director Harsh Patel were also approved, along with re-appointments of statutory, secretarial, internal, and cost auditors. Several related party transactions with promoter-linked entities were disclosed. Statutory auditors M M Nissim & Co LLP issued an unqualified audit report on the results.
Mixed picture for shareholders: standalone performance weakened meaningfully, but consolidated PAT grew over 50%, supported by subsidiaries. The ₹1.10 dividend offers modest income, while promoter-director re-appointments ensure continuity but come alongside notable related party transactions worth monitoring.
