HLE Glascoat's Board approved unaudited Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results along with the 34th AGM notice scheduled for September 26, 2025. On a standalone basis, revenue from operations jumped to Rs. 164.26 crore from Rs. 111.26 crore in Q1 FY25, a growth of about 48%, while profit after tax surged to Rs. 15.42 crore from Rs. 1.43 crore. On a consolidated basis, revenue rose to Rs. 283.95 crore from Rs. 227.07 crore (up ~25% YoY) and PAT climbed to Rs. 17.87 crore from Rs. 5.42 crore. The Board also announced a dividend of Rs. 1.10 per share for FY25, subject to shareholder approval. Additionally, the company's German subsidiary Thaletec GmbH acquired 100% of HLE Surface Technologies GmbH on July 28, 2025. The statutory auditors (M M Nissim & Co LLP) issued unqualified limited review reports on both the standalone and consolidated results.
Strong Q1 performance with sharp revenue and profit growth, supported by margin expansion, is a clear positive for shareholders. The dividend declaration and a new overseas acquisition signal confidence, though the merger of Kinam Enterprise is still awaiting NCLT approval.
