HLE Glascoat reported strong Q1 FY26 results with standalone revenue from operations rising to ₹16,426 lakhs from ₹11,126 lakhs in Q1 FY25, a jump of about 48%. Standalone profit for the quarter surged to ₹1,542 lakhs from just ₹143 lakhs a year ago, with EPS improving to ₹2.26 from ₹0.21. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to ₹28,395 lakhs (up ~25% YoY) and profit after tax rose to ₹1,787 lakhs from ₹542 lakhs, helped by strong performance in the Filtration, Drying & Other Equipment and Heat Transfer Equipment segments. The statutory auditors (M M Nissim & Co LLP) issued an unqualified limited review report on both sets of results. The company also noted that its German subsidiary Thaletec GmbH acquired 100% of HLE Surface Technologies GmbH on July 28, 2025, and the NCLT order on the Kinam Enterprise amalgamation is awaited.
Sharp year-on-year growth in both revenue and profits, along with an unqualified auditor report, signals strong operational momentum and is likely to be viewed positively by shareholders. The post-quarter acquisition of HLE Surface Technologies GmbH could further expand the group's footprint going forward.
