HLE Glascoat Q3 FY26: Standalone revenue up 26 percent YoY to Rs 164 cr, 9M standalone PAT jumped to Rs 24.75 cr from Rs 2.79 cr. Consolidated Q3 revenue rose 41 percent to Rs 326 cr, but Q3 consolidated PAT fell to Rs 4.6 cr from Rs 10.3 cr. 9M consolidated PAT grew about 21 percent to Rs 36.4 cr. Exceptional items of Rs 3.17 cr consolidated include business acquisition costs and new Labour Codes obligation. Board approved a new wholly owned subsidiary in Luxembourg and Rs 25 cr capex for Glass-fused tanks at Silvassa.
Strong 9M profit growth and revenue expansion are positives, but Q3 standalone PAT was flat and consolidated PAT fell sharply. New unit and capex signal growth plans.
